Show/Hide AnswerHow do I get an entry to not appear on a QuickBooks report.

An entry will continue to appear on QuickBooks reports even if you have made the account inactive (or deleted it in the online version). The only way to keep the entry from appearing is to deleted it which you should not ordinarily do.
